On April 22, 2024, the Indianapolis Fire Department left for a residence in 5700 blocks of Tart Bouquier at 11:30 pm. Upon arrival, the firefighters received heavy fire from the ceiling and the command only ordered the defensive ops. Firefighters extinguished the fire within 50 minutes.

The occupation was not home. Fire investigations units were requested from the scene to determine the cause of the fire and the original. Fire investigators decided that the cause of the fire was a deliberate act of extinguishing and the fire. The investigation needed several search warrants, interviews and constant investigation for several months.

Investigators decided that the suspect was the owner of the house, Griphet Singh (22), who had deliberately set fire to raise insurance money. Home loss cost $ 430,000. Gorprit Singh was arrested in Ohio and was shifted back to Indiana police for allegations of German battery filed by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.

In addition, he is also accused of fire. Until the court is sentenced in court, Griprit Singh remains innocent.
