They have their own opinions expressed by business partners.
There was not a time ago when everything was successful from the outside – company growth, media features, funding rounds. But under the win, I was living a lifestyle that was quietly sabotaging my edge. I had gained weight. I was not going to the gym. I drank alcohol almost every night. I ate whatever was easy, often quitting food or catching ultra processed takeout.
My body was running on waste fuel, and so was my mind. It showed burnout, decisive fatigue and emotional fluctuations – especially when to deal with harsh negotiations, nausea and failures.
When I turned the script and the three -way behavior was subjected to non -negotiations, everything changed. No tips. No goals. Non -dialogue.
These three changes didn’t just improve my health – they accelerated my attention, made me a better leader and tolerated me on a scale through chaos. Basic business infrastructure, such as every business, their industry, age or stage, should be treated as basic business infrastructure. Because if you break, the company does.

1. Work like this is a board meeting
Let’s clear: Working is not about looking for a good look for Instagram. This is about your discipline training, handling your tension and developing mental warfare.
High businessmen consider fitness sacred. Jeff Bezos is known for the CEO of Amazon after his change. Mark Wahlberg, an actor and businessman, runs the F45 gym and often shares his painful 4 AM exercises. Even Kevin Heart, which has created a recreational empire, connects his fitness routine directly to his mental retardation and business flexibility.
For me, I was already walking back to the daily exercise. The power was not there, and the discipline was over. But within weeks of consistency, it was at intervals of lifting, walking or sharp intensity-my explanation returned. I was sleeping better. My mood was equal. I can deal with the pressure without the need for a glass of cavalry to put pressure.
Science backs it. A Harvard Medical School study states that regular aerobic workout improves executive function, which includes decision-making, solving the problem and focus-exactly the same in which we have been paid to be good.
Entrepreneurship is a game. Start treating your body as athletes do.
2. Eat as your decisions depend on – because they do
The old saying is, “If you do not make time for your welfare, you will be forced to make time for your illness.” And this is the place where most of the businessmen go wrong.
Culture glorifies 18 hours of work day and fast food lunch as a symbol of stirring. But this mentality is broken. The truth? Your body is a processing machine, and what you put in it becomes your fuel for thinking, speaking and guidance. If you feed it bad, it breaks. Sharp
I changed my diet by adopting a flexible approach – mostly bent over vegetables, grains, beans, fish and occasionally red meat. I didn’t go extremely. I was deliberately This change alone gave me more energy in the afternoon, less brain fog and zero crash than brain or processed carbs. I started reading the label. I stopped demonstrating “protein bars”. I drank more water and less glass of alcohol.
See Tom Brady-justice is still performing in the 40s due to a diet, a discipline. Or Tim Ferris, who follow famous nutrients to improve performance. Even companies such as SweetGraine, Sakara Life and Athletic Green have created high -performing empires for high -performing people who do not want to make clear or energy compromises for convenience.
There is no glamorous glamor about burnout induced hospital tours or running your team from a low -energy space. Businesses must start thinking as a strategic fuel about food.

3. Sleep like pro, not martyred
One of the foolish fiction in the business world is the lack of sleep deprivation. You hear it all the time: “I just sleep for four hours.” “Sleep is for losers.” “When I die, I will sleep.”
Such thinking will eliminate your performance – and possibly you too.
Neuro science is unclear: Each night, a standard sleep is essential for memory stability, emotional regulation and academic performance every night. The CDC has declared sleep deprivation of a public health epidemic, and for business people, it is even more dangerous.
Research has revealed that during sleep, your brain removes toxic substances that are ready during the day. Without proper sleep, they work toxic accumulation and bad.
Elon Musk famously tweeted about working in 120 hours and later acknowledged that nearly “it costs it in mind.” Since then, he has even pulled back and has begun to advocate for better sleep. Ariana Huffington created a whole movement around the sleeping culture after falling tired and hitting her table.
I learned to behave like my calendar with my sleep – schedule, safe and predicted. Not at night screen. No wine at night. Every day, the same bedtime, including the weekend. Result? In the morning, less irrational decisions, less emotional reactions and more strategic thinking.
Good sleep is a competitive advantage. Use it.

Success is not just a strategy. This is physiology.
Often, we understand that we need better resort, better arts or better venture partners. But more often, what we really need is a better body to lift the weight of our thoughts.

Those three pillars, when your next investor pitch or product launch is treated with the same intensity and strictly, you can’t buy the money of the mental edge. They will make you more comfortable at stress, focus more focus during chaos and more convincing in each of your rooms.
Entrepreneurship is not for the weak. So, train your company more than your training. ROI will be your largest investment on your body so far.
