Through lily, McCanny advisers can immediately create a PowerPoint slide show and edit the presentation tone through the “tone of voice” to ensure that the text is in line with the firm’s written style. They can also draft suggestions for client projects, keeping the firm’s standards, looking for experts on internal themes and research industry.
Lily has generally developed a great deal to handle the tasks assigned to junior employees, but Smaji says that does not mean that McCanis are going to hire less junior analysts.
