One of the masterminds behind a recent kidnapping series in France has been arrested in Morocco for access to a crypto man.
At the request of French authorities, Morocco’s National Police and Intelligence Service arrested Badis Mohammad Amid Bajju-a 24-year-old French Moroccin man who was allegedly found in the possession of several blade weapons and numerous mobile phones.
French Minister of Justice, Jerder Darmanin, praised the arrest of French news outlet Lee Perin’s arrest June 4 in an X post.
“I thank Morocco for this arrest, which shows excellent judicial cooperation between our two countries, especially against organized crime,” said Dmanan.
Interpol issued a red notice for the arrest of Bajju in 2023, alleging that he was associated with other kidnapping and criminal activities.
Two crypto kidnapping and a failed attempt
The latest incident occurred in a wide -day light on May 13, when several attackers allegedly tried to kidnap the daughter and grandson of Perry Nuzzat, CEO of the French crypto platform, Pamemium.
A video of the alleged attack by passers -by shows that the daughter of the newborn has been stopped by masked men with the help of passers -by, and was forced to return to a nearby waiting van, where she fled the scene.

On May 3, Paris police released the father of a crypto businessman who lasted 7 million euros ($ 7.8 million) for several days in connection with the kidnapping plot.

A few months ago, in January, David Bowland, co -founder of the crypto purse provider, was abducted from his home in central France in early January 21 and was released until the police operation on January 22.
The French law enforcement agencies are allegedly promoting security to fight against the kidnapping wave of crypto executives and their families.
These measures include preferential access to police emergency posts, domestic protection diagnosis and security briefing from French law enforcement agencies to ensure that the best methods are being followed.
