Casey Philips The senior vice president and chief communications officer has been promoted. As the first Chief Communications Officer of Inquiry, Philips will increase the alignment of strategic planning and business purposes with communication efforts to ensure internal and externally permanent and effective messaging throughout the organization.

In this newly created role, Dawson has monitoring all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employees’ engagement, compliance and organizational development. It has more than 20 years of human resource experience, which includes leadership roles in the Border states and Noridine Healthcare Solutions LLC.
