In relation to our operations, like many companies, the closest challenge has been the atmosphere of uncertainty. As a reminder of some accessories, and our passive speaker partnership with Sonance (I think this is what he said?) We do all our US -bound manufacturing in Vietnam and Malaysia.
We talked about this emergency plan to minimize the impact of terrorists on our business in the last quarter, while we are doing what we can do to limit the influence of our customers. In last week’s news, we were subject to tariff prices, they appear 20 % for Vietnam and 19 % for Malaysia.
We continue to work closely to share tariff costs with our contract manufacturers and our channel partners, though it is clear that we will need to raise prices on some products later this year. Since it changes prices, we will monitor consumer behaviors in our category as well as competitive trends and adjust with our channel partners, when and if necessary, make sure we are looking for every opportunity to improve our respective top and bottom lines.
