The US Appeal Court on Tuesday rejected the bid of a group of unions to stop the Trump administration’s government, known as the government’s performance, prevent the team from accessing sensitive data on Americans.

The Fourth US Circuit Court of Appeal 2-1, based in Virginia, states that the claims of the unions are unlikely to prevail that the Dodge will violate federal privacy laws by accessing data in the US Department of Education, Finance, and Personal Management Office.

The court refused to stop access to data such as the agencies’ computer systems and data such as social security numbers and the status of citizenship of individuals.

The decision has changed the temporary order issued by the Federal Judge in Maryland, which was stopped by the appeal court in April.

The agencies and unions involved in the case, including the US Federation of teachers and the National Federation of Federal Employees, did not immediately respond to the commentary requests.

President Donald Trump started the Dodge after taking office in January, followed by billionaire Elon Musk, to dramatically shrink the government bureaucracy and federal spending.

Dodge, which is not a formal government agency, has almost every Every Federal Agency monitoring the reduction of employment and costs and has been the focus of several cases. In May, Kasturi retired from Dodge after Trump fell publicly.

On Tuesday, the fourth circuit said that the unions, which had tried a group of soldiers, did not show how they would be injured by the agencies’ access to the computer system. The court said they also lacked legal status to prosecute because it was not a “final agency proceedings” that could be the basis for legalism.

A dissenting judge said that when the case ends, it is wise to temporarily stop the data when the case is over, and the standards that his colleagues imposed on the plaintiffs was very high.
