Open CEO Sam Altman acknowledged that AI can change the workforce and change some jobs for good-but instead of focusing on the effects of AI on recent college graduates, the opposite is soon more concerned about technology on retired people.

In a podcast episode of “great conversation” with Kleo Abram released last week, Altman said he was “more upset” for “62 -year -old” for “62 -year -old” for “62 -year -old” for “62 -year -old”. Reason? Young people are “excellent” to easily adjust the changes made by young technology, even when they replace technology jobs.

“I think it is true that some job classes will be completely eliminated,” Altman said on the podcast. “This is always the case, and young people are best in adopting it.”

Altman mentioned that if he was 22 years old and is only finishing college, he will be excited and because of the new opportunities provided by AI, “all history will feel like a lucky child”. Recent grade new companies can use AI to start new companies, write codes, and fill any space in their abilities.

“You have access to the tools that can allow you to take hundreds of teams teams,” said Ultman.

But for older workers, how to use AI can be difficult to learn. According to an AARP survey released last year, the majority of Americans aged 50 and older (85 %) have heard of AI, but less than 33 % are excited about it. Only two of the five old workers claim that they know about the technology. Another survey in May found that 31 % of older employees see AI as a threat and opportunity. Under the risk category, most respondents (61 %) indicated that AI has the ability to replace workers.

Even if the Altman is not disturbed by the AI’s impact on graduates of the college, other CEOs are raising the voice of alarm. In May, Dario Amody, the CEO of Anthropic, had predicted that the AI would eliminate the admission level in the next five years, half of the white collar jobs. The billionaire Mark was a soft prediction of Cuba, saying that the AI would replace jobs, but overall more jobs.

The AI now said on the podcast that AI now makes it possible for a person to make itself a completely possible company that will reach the status of a unicorn, or for the first time will cost $ 1 billion or more. Ultman said that a person can create a product or service that will increase the value of the world by learning AI tools and using novel solutions.

“You have access to the tools that you can use to carry hundreds of people,” Altman said on the podcast.

Meanwhile, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang recently said that AI opens doors to consumers (of all ages) by equalizing the technology playground, which allows anyone to create a code with a natural language indicator by the AI code editor. He said that consumers are allowed to make new products and services, and that results more likely to generate revenue. Huang warned, though, though, employees who do not use AI will be replaced by those who can use this technology.

NVIDIA, which is the world’s most valuable company through a market cap, produces AI chips that power the openness of the open.

Chat GPT was on the way to reaching 700 million weekly active users last week.
