
Kerring SA, whose luxury brands include Gachi, St. Laurent and Bollyniaga, said it was a violation of data that was discovered in June, which is the latest thing about attacks on consumer goods sector.

Paris -based Kiring said it has taken action to protect the affected systems and prevent future events.

Recently, Jaguar Land Rover said that a cybertack interrupted its retail and production activity. Media outlets, including BBC News, had earlier reported the attack.
Representatives of a hacking group called Shen Hunters claimed responsibility for the caring attack. The man spoke via telegram and refused to disclose his identity. Bloomberg News was unable to confirm the man’s claim.
