Akran, oh– Shamkar is happy to announce the benefits of skilled employees as a senior lawyer and the inclusion of commercial legalization Rachel E. Hancok in his Akron Office. Rachel has focused her practice on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act 1974 (Arsa) and a wide range of industries complex trade legislature and conflict management. She represents the clients in ERISA and the legalization of employees – including multi -employer crime and responsibility for the return of employer – benefits matters, executive compensation and other benefits of employees, and commercial action and business conflicts.
Before joining Shamskar, he worked with a major international law firm in Washington, DC, as well as a national -renowned employee benefits with a botoc firm, where he gained significant experience in the complex ERISA’s complex legislature matters. Rachel also clerical for the US District Court judges in the New Jersey district and the northern district of Ohio, and further advanced her deep knowledge of legalization in the federal court.
