According to the filing, obtained via Business InternalDisney Software is paying engineering managers up to 8 208,000, while software engineering directors take home $ 230,500. Lead data engineers earn about $ 191,000, while senior manager of financial services makes 4 164,300.
For comparisons, Meta’s software earns engineering talent, 000 120,000 to 80 480,000, Google receives about $ 109,180 to $ 340,000, and Microsoft’s home is between $ 82,971 and 4 284,000.

Statistics come from October 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, with 55 foreign visa applications filed by the US Department of Labor. Applications were part of the H-1B visa program, which allows firms to temporarily hire skilled foreign workers. President Donald Trump issued an executive order in September, which requires firms to pay 000 100,000 for each H-1B request. The order was implemented on September 21.
