Building a business has never been easier, but the landscape is also more competitive. The difference between success and failure often comes down to how quickly you can execute. You need to understand your market and know how to scale your operations. AI tools can help you get off the ground.

If I had to start my business over again today, I would lean heavily on AI tools to make the process faster, smarter and more efficient than ever before.
Here’s exactly how I’ll approach rebuilding from scratch, and the specific AI tools that make it possible.
Table of Contents
Two Approaches to Building an AI Business
Approach 1: Use LLM to get your ideas out.
Every entrepreneur needs to know their niche. If you don’t have a unique angle, you’ll never stand out in a crowded market. So, you need to be specific. I would approach it like a research spirit using AI tools to cut through the noise and find real opportunities.
AI tools allow you to organize and test your ideas. You can start a conversation with ChatGupt or Openai’s advanced voice mode and bring out all your different ideas through the conversation. I would ask things like:
- What are the pros and cons of this idea?
- Do you see a potential downside to this?
- What would you change about this idea?
It allows you to free flow. Later, your chats will save the conversation in the GPT dashboard, so you can look back at the results. Next, tell him to summarize what you discussed and list your top ten ideas for cool companies.
From there, you can use other AI tools to research and validate your ideas.
My Next Wave co-host Nathan Lands adds a spin to this approach. “I’ll look for some problems and see if there are existing companies in the areas I’m interested in,” he says. Check out these companies’ websites and copy/paste them into ChatGPT to start your research in industries you’re unfamiliar with.
A step-by-step process for validating business ideas
Once you’ve got a list of your top ten business ideas, you’ll need to test those ideas with an audience to see which ones hit the spot.
To do this, I recommend a tool like Mixo, which can quickly create a website with a single gesture. With Mixo, you can create some test sites that you can show to a focus group. You can show potential buyers a real joke to see if they’re more likely to spend money. The steps below can help you get started.
- Give Mixo details about software products You are considering. Based on this idea, Mixo will create a landing page for you with images and copy.
- Make it ten different websites -One for each idea you’re interested in. Make sure every website has an email opt-in box so people can join the product waitlist.
- Buy an ad Facebook, Google, Twitter, or whatever platform your potential customers hang out with. You should get ads for every landing page. Then, whoever has the most interest through the waitlist, make that product.
- When you release a product, Kill people who join That particular waitlist. Since you’ve already built an email list, your first marketing campaign is ready to go.
- And of course, email the other nine lists and tell them you didn’t make the product they signed up for. If the products are similar, you can ask them to check what you actually made.
Now that you have an idea, it’s time to develop the relevant features. Whatever you decide to do, you’ll want to use AI to analyze which features should be included or excluded. To start, I recommend looking for products that already exist that are close to your idea. You can then chip away at them to build your own. Here is the step-by-step process.
- Find reviews Places like Reddit or TrustPilot, or any other place where you can submit comments, reviews, and feedback.
- Copy and paste everything you find Claude. Next, ask for a sentiment analysis to understand what people like or hate about the product. When you create your own version of the product, make it better than the existing one.
- For marketing, Lean into these differences. If people like a feature, highlight that feature in your campaigns. If they hate something or are asking for a feature to be added, then add that functionality.
Approach 2: Scale your content with AI.
If I were starting a new business now, I would focus on content creation. There are more opportunities than ever to impress LLMs and dominate AI reviews with specific, bottom-line keywords.
AI can help you create the content you need to get in front of your customers – wherever they are. How do I do this:
- Choose a niche topic That you are really excited. I will choose something that I have some experience with that I can talk about myself. If you sink all the way down, the potential is limitless.
- Use AI to help with theory. Right now, I constantly use Trouble and Cloud in my AI stack. Use these tools to research your niche until you understand the universe inside and out.
- Create as much content as possible around these topics as much as possible. AI can help you outline these posts or even write them for you.
- Spread across multimedia. Let’s say I want to make a video about creating 3D walkthrough houses for a real estate product. I can ask Claude how I should make the video. What is flow? What camera do I need? How can I get people’s attention? It would create an outline for me, and I could follow the notes to make sure I hit all the beats.
- Use AI tools to speed up the production process. For example, TimeBolt can find all silences and then extract them from short form videos. These hours are saved.
Essential AI tools for modern business building
Used to building a business that requires massive investment, months of development, and teams of experts. Today, you can validate an idea, build a working prototype, and start getting customers faster than ever before—if you know which tools to use.
Let’s dive deeper into the tools I find most helpful.
Anxiety: Validating ideas with speed

Trouble is a large language model, like ChatGPT or Cloud, but it also searches the Internet whenever you ask it a question. I find it hard to beat the informed response to anxiety. You can ask questions about what people are searching for right now, what they’re struggling with, or what content they want. This will help you zero in on a niche where you can make an impact.
You can also use the problem to find information that web scraping tools can’t find. If there’s nothing to scratch on the website, he gets reviews from Reddit or TechCrunch, and then tells me what the tool is. I have used this process to discover product details for my WE, BSITE Futures tools.
Cursor, Backtracking, and Firebase: Managing Your Products and Website
If you’re starting a new business, these three software make the perfect tech stack. You can create a product, create a website, and keep everything updated easily.

It all starts with an AI code editor cursor that can help you build your software faster. The biggest benefit? Cursor uses your entire codebase for context, so the output is accurate and integrated into the larger system.
With Recovery Augmented Generation (RAG), Cursor looks at the text of all your uploaded files and uses that information to complete code and improve accuracy in the software you’re developing.
Now, you need to create a website that attracts buyers and keeps customers in the loop about what you have to offer. Copy moves you from idea to website, all with AI. Replett’s cursor integration allows you to automatically link any product changes to your website, eliminating any duplicate work.

Replit manages the front end, and Firebase takes care of the backend. Firebase can help manage your hosting and keep your database organized. The tool also handles single sign-on using existing accounts like Google or Apple, so you don’t have to worry about login functionality.

So, with Cursor to write code, Replication to host the front end, and Firebase to host the back end, you’ve got an integrated AI approach to building your business.
Notebook LM: Creating well-researched content

Notebook LM is an AI research assistant that can read your sources and help you write, summarize and brainstorm in one place.
I use it to get the breakdown of complex academic papers so I can understand the information quickly and easily. Notebook LM can also create mini-podcasts from documents. I can use these summaries later when creating my content.
Even in the age of AI, your business needs a face.
AI can help you in every step of building your business. But, your human presence and brand are still important.
As people are inundated with AI-infused content and avatars, they will seek out real humans. When I click on a YouTube video and hear the AI voice-over, I immediately. Hit the back button because I assume this is low-effort content. I want to hear things that define a human being from me.
So, you need to show your original voice and unique personality to build confidence. Your content will need a face in content creation. They should get to know and bond with you personally.
I put this human element front and center on the tools of the future. I personally support every tool that goes on the site. I use AI to scrape product details so I can easily review the tool before moving on, but every recommendation has my authentic stamp of approval. AI and personalized content are completely compatible — and completely necessary going forward.
