Two Arcade 1-Up Countertop Arcade Machines are discounted for the first time at Amazon. The Class of ’81 Counter and Pacman Counter Cad are available this weekend for $130. Both officially licensed machines carry $150 retail prices, though the Class of ’81 has regularly sold for around $170 since Amazon discontinued it back in July. The Class of ’81 is a combo of Ms. Pac-Man and the Galaga Machine that permanently outsells Pac-Man Edition on Amazon. If Amazon sells, Walmart has a Class of ’81 counter right now for the same price.
Both of these compact cabinets contain three preloaded Namco Arcade Classics, a 7-inch, vertically oriented display, and full-size arcade controls. It’s worth noting that both models were released before the 2024 holiday season and sold at full price. Given their budget-friendly prices, Arcade 1 Up Counters are popular holiday gifts.

Amazon’s Black Friday sale also includes deals on several Arcade 1 Deluxe cabinets, including Class of ’81 and Pac-Man. You can read about these deals and more at the bottom of this story.
Arcade 1 Up Deluxe Arcade Cabinet: Black Friday Deals:
$130 (was $150)

The Class of ’81 Countertop has a 7-inch, vertically oriented LCD screen surrounded by Ms. Pac-Man artwork on the left and Galaga artwork on the right. Despite the compact form factor, the Arcade 1-up counters have full-sized controls. It has a red ball-top arcade stick, two yellow buttons, a red button, and switches for power and volume. The marquee, side panels, and control deck feature class of ’81 art icons and logo art.
As mentioned, this machine features three arcade classics produced by Namco:
The overall dimensions for the machine are 8.7 x 9.4 x 13.11 inches, and it weighs just 6.3 pounds. Although designed to be played on a desk or countertop on a flat surface, it’s light enough to rest on your lap when you’re on the couch. You don’t even need to be near an outlet, as the Class of ’81 Countercad can be powered by the included micro USB cable or four AA batteries (not included).
If you hate micro USB as much as we do, grab this Amazon Basics Charger Kit with four AA batteries for $12.
$130 (was $150)

Pac-Man Counter-CAD was originally launched last November. Its basic design is the same as the Class of ’81, with only a classic Pac-Man theme and a trio of Pac-Man games:
- Pac Man
- Super Pac-Man
- Pac-Mania
Unlike the Class of ’81, the Pacman Counter retained its original $150 MSRP when it resurfaced on Amazon in September. It didn’t go above that price until Amazon’s Black Friday deal.
Arcade 1 Up Classic Special Edition Cabinet

Arcade 1UP’s recently released Classic Special Edition cabinets aren’t on sale for Black Friday, but we’d expect them to be popular holiday choices due to their lower price point than Arcade 1UP’s Deluxe Edition. The Classic SE Cabinet comes in three themes: Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, and Mortal Kombat.
The Classic Special Editions are throwbacks to the early Arcade 1Up cabinets you see on display at your local Walmart and Target stores. Priced at $334, these 4-foot cabinets have a 15.6-inch display and 13 preloaded games. Adults who plan to use these cabinets should purchase either the adjustable barstool or the $59 riser, sold separately. Even with the riser included, the Classic Special Edition is $393—$100 to $200 less than the Deluxe Edition at retail.
Arcade 1 Up Deluxe Arcade Cabinet (October 2025)

Arcade 1 Up’s deluxe cabinets do not require risers because they are typically 61 inches tall (just over 5 feet). Other upgraded features include a 17-inch display, light-up marquees, and faux coin doors at the front. Deluxe cabinets typically retail for $500 to $600, but Amazon has four models for $450 for Black Friday: Pac-Man, Class of ’81, NBA Jam, and Golden T3D.
There are a few other deluxe editions in stock, including Mortal Kombat II, but Amazon recently sold out of Big Buck Hunter, Terminator 2, and Galaga.
Arcade 1 up infinity game table and board deals
Amazon also has deals on Arcade 1Up’s digital board game tablets and tables. The Infinity Game Board has an 18.5-inch HD screen and retails for $470 ($500). The large 32-inch infinity game table has separate legs and is selling for $50,950 (was $1,000). Both models come preloaded with over 50 board games and activities.
