Pokemon Pokopia is all about building habitats and discovering new Pokemon. After completing the starting area called the Weathered Wastelands, you’ll be able to proceed through a gate and find the Black Beach. In this guide, we’ll walk you through all of Black Beach’s objectives, which ask you to “brighten things up” and restore the lights around the beach and rebuild the Pokemon Center.

Here are the steps you need to know to complete the “Brighton Things Up” Coastline in Pokemon Pokuopia.
- Help Professor Tengrowth by building a bridge to the Pokemon Center.
- Use blocks around the fountain to stop the flow of water and prevent flooding.
- Complete the Coastline to improve Meowth’s home:
- A flashlight and flip-flops are required.
- Repair other flooded areas.
- Build more habitats and attract new Pokemon:
- dead
- Garbage
- Paomi.
- Makohita
- Sadness
- Talk to Professor Tengroth, and you’ll be instructed to build a house. I would recommend choosing sand den as the materials are easily available.
- Complete Trubbish’s Electricity Tutorial application.
- Restore the light by using an Electric Pokemon like Pawmy to power the street lamp.
- Continue to restore power on the beach. This will help you reach your current goal and some subsequent steps as well.
- Return the water to the water mill and add the disappearing power poles to the tower above it.
- Replace the electricity poles on the windmill.
- Attach the electric oven to the right side of the windmill and add fuel. Wood works well here.

You can usually tell which blocks need a power pool. In the center is a dark circle where the original pole once was, as shown in the image above. You don’t have to put poles here, but it will be the easiest placement and will avoid objects blocking the wires. This also ensures that you have placed them at the correct distance to provide a connection.
