Repeatedly there are often brave stories of uncertainty and enthusiasm of passengers that come away from daily life and step into a new or challenging environment. Personally, I don’t get a travel bug more than knowing about someone else’s experiences.
And the great travel stories made by the right host can make a great pod cast.
Here is my favorite travel podcast for 2025.

Before we start, we’ll note it Nair Walt has its own weekly travel podcast, smart travel. Episodes cover topics such as budget for travel, easily acquiring the elite and avoiding expensive travel mistakes. Generally, to avoid conflicts of interest, Narerd Walt does not rate or review its products, nor do we consider them for “best” offers, so we do not add it to the list. But if you are interested, you can Listen to the smart travel here.

Our choice: Adventures of Adventure Travel
If a podcast page is equivalent to a book book, this is the Arm Chair Explorer. The passionate and deep story about adventure travel through remote locations in the world is fascinating, which makes the Arm Chair Explorer not only my favorite podcast, not just my favorite travel podcast. Almost every event encourages me to travel outside my comfort zone. There are more than 100 episodes and many people have been recorded at location, which gives the podcast a real sense of authenticity. My favorite includes stories about the river Amazon and crossing the Siberian level plateau with local polar deer.

Our choice: a lifetime learning
Do you know why Singapore is the state of the city? Or why is the European Union’s headquarters in Belgium? I didn’t do it until I started talking about the lost geography. I like to learn, and whenever I listen to this show, I learn something new. With the purpose of making people “geographically and culturally literate”, each event is focused on a different country or location. If you are looking for a deep historical understanding of why there is a particular place or culture, then the lost geography may have the answer.

Our choice: How to travel like a local
Rick Steve has been the foundation stone of the travel media industry for decades, which has authored several famous guide boxes, while passengers have been encouraged to become a “temporary local” wherever they visit. It includes a weekly one -hour conversation about everything in Rick Steve, along with his podcast and radio show trip. When he talks about attractive places in major cities, he also covers the places far away. I find it almost impossible to hear about it and it’s not excited to make a new journey.

For our choice: travel and financial reformers
Although not exclusively travel podcasts, I have to go to learn all the hexis ways to get the most. Whether you are trying to improve the value of your travel rewards or looking for a low payment (legal) methods of taxes, this show runs you with creative tactics to live a five -star budget on a three -star budget.

Our choice: Practical travel advice
Zero to travel is a great source of viable, engaging and practical advice for people who want to prepare their lives around the journey. I enjoy the style of the show’s interviews, which covers numerous topics, such as starting a location -free business, maximizing mail and points, and searching for specific locations and cultures.
