Cockguugo is one of the best craft distilies to call Tennessee’s home, and its high -milets are based on its strict experimental release in the United States, based on the quality of the basic lineup quality of Rye Wiskey. The new founder’s 13th birthday mixture falls into the latter category, and this year’s compound has some interesting ingredients that highlight it.
The modern craft distillery was founded in 2011, which became the first legal division in Cockguo during a century. Currently it operates two distillers: River Front Distillery, which is the center of basic production, and small experimental distalry. The founder’s birthday mix is monitored by the founder of Rockogo whiskey, Tim Pierces, and aims to combine the past, present and future of the distalry from both production sites.
For this year’s release, the 13th, it means that the whiskey produced from three different soil is to be mixed together. “For those who have been following the evolution of the founder in the last four years, this year’s compound should offer more old memories that highlight more traditional notes coming from our 1816 solar barrel,” said Piercent. “That’s why, I won’t be surprised if this release becomes a favorite among our fans.”
1816 Solara Barrel is available for the first release of Distillery in 2012. It is the smallest in the solar barrel and 23 % of this year’s compound. 1816 is a high rye bourbon that is between four and six years old and is believed to have “a classic vodi, a light spicy bourbon character” in the final compound. The next component comes from the barrel 91, the largest of the three, and the majority of the compound is 58 %. It represents the situation of the distalry as it is the main high malt bourbon made from the mission bill of three customs and toasted malted grain. Finally, the infinity is a barrel (19 % of the compound), which is full of malt and rye malt made in both distillers. According to a press release, the combination of this year’s founder has five new mesh bills, which includes an Italian adrupted coastal, a different version of Malt, made from Malt Wiskey and Core 99 Rai Directed. We did not get to take a sample of whiskey, but official tasting notes have explained the red license, inquiry peach, brown sugar, cherry cola, and toasted Marshmlo on the palate.
The founder’s birthday mixture of 2025 is now available at the experimental distalry and liquor stores in selected states (SRP $ 60). It will also be available for shopping from Celbus, and can currently be found at the Basic Line -Up Reserve Bar.
