If your brain feels especially dynamic today, place one hand on your chest and place one hand on your stomach when you feel the growing and falling of your body under the soft touch of your hands.
    8. Every time your brain wanders, which will happen, will bring it back with the breath of your body with the breath of compassion. Once your brain is stable, listen to your needs in this interaction. Quietly ask yourself, What are my needs in this interaction? Stay here with kindness without force to answer. Then listen patiently. What would you like to get through this interaction? What are your requirements? What are your intentions? What would you like to see?
    9. Don’t go with the first answer. Wait Listen. Look at any quick decisions or fears. About what you can discover, make a place for all. Allow yourself to see, feel whatever your experience is.
    10. Feel free to stop this recording and journal or if you need a little more time. Once you feel ready, quietly ask yourself the following: What are the needs of the other person? Once again, there is no need to find answers. Make a place in your mind and your heart to listen inside.
    11. What is coming for you when you make the other person’s point of view? Their living experiences? What is happening for the other person, and what are their needs? If possible, see this person, the whole person beyond the situation. They also care about the ways you care about. Even in your life, the way they have suffered.
    12. You don’t believe that you know everything. You just trust yourself to know what you need to know. What we are doing is building a room with the intention of seeing this other person.
    13. When you get yourself excessively engage, or think, come back into your breath. Your breath is an anchor for your body, yourself and your natural place with others. From this contact space, open your mind to hear the needs of the other person.
    14. Again, if you want, you can stop this recording to do some journaling. Even in your point of view, the most jokes of shifts can have a huge impact on your way to show.
    15. Based on your reflection today, how can you show for yourself and the other person? Take some time to create intentions to display with understanding and kindness. And before starting your conversation with this person, remember that you go back to your consideration for your intervention, your intentions, and your natural goodness. The meditation of this intervention helps us to navigate the mutual interaction with grace, sympathy and wisdom. Our exercises should benefit us and all creatures together.
