The Dordsash Inc. told a California judge to reject the Ober Technologies Inc.’s Anti -Petition case against him, and argued that Uber was using an “illegal” state law to justify his claims.

Dordash, which has two -thirds of the American Food Delivery Market, said in a statement about his filing in a state court in San Francisco that Ober’s February case was “nothing more than a blasphemous and a horrific tactic.”

At the center of the accusations are the White Label Delivery Services that both companies are expanding to increase their income. This offer allows restaurant chains to make delivery order in their websites and apps, so users can use their technology and courier without going to Uber or Dordship Apps or website.

In February, Uber alleged in a litigation of the Dordsh that uses “forced” methods such as threatening a multi -million dollar penalty restaurant, or abolishing restaurant positions on the Dordsash app if he does not offer special use of his white label. Uber said he had stopped competition with Uber’s own delivery service, costing millions of dollars.

Dordsash denies the allegations, saying it “competes hard but compete to a great extent” and that traders have a choice with which providers they work with. “Instead of competing through innovation, Uber has resorted to legalism. Uber is trying to stop traders from working with us and used legal threats to win the business he received.”

A Dordsash lawyer said in an interview that Uber is not using federal or state -of -the -art non -confidence laws to make his claims, rather than the company believes that the non -compatible provisions of employees usually apply.

“It seems that the Dordsash team has a difficult time understanding the content of our complaint,” an Uber spokesperson said in response to Dordash’s filing. “When the restaurant is forced to choose between unfair terms or retaliation, it is not a competition – this is a repression. Uber will stand for traders and level playgrounds. We are looking forward to presenting the facts in court.”

His lawyer said that Dordsh was targeting the July hearing about the movement, but its specific date would eventually be determined by the Superior Court Judge Christine Wan Akin.
