Hailey Welch, known as “Hawk Tau Girl”, says the Federal Bureau of Investigation has briefly investigated it after his “Memocenne Disasters” – a failed start of a token of his propaganda in his image.
Welch said in his “Talk Toh” podcasting Podcast on May 21 that the FBI showed his grandmother’s house to talk to Hawk Toha (Hawk) Crypto tokens, which many Crepto observers have termed as Exit Scams.
“After the start of the coin, the feeds came to the grandmother’s house and knocked on her door, and she called me when she had a heart attack, said: ‘The FBI is here after you, what have you done?”
Welch said he handed over his phone to the FBI and met with the agents who “asked me, asking me questions and everything else about Crypto.”
“They cleaned me, I was good to go,” said Welch.
Welch went viral on his response to oral sex techniques in Volks’ pop interview posted on YouTube in June.
Hawk Memovin, based on its viral catch Frees, was launched in early December, and its price was almost 90 % of the price and the alleged internal wallets of the blockchain analytics firm bubbilps purchased and thrown large amounts of token at the time of launch.
Welch said on his podcast that the Securities and Exchange Commission had also called for his phone, and sent him “for two or three days” before it was cleaned.
Welch’s lawyer James Salah told the TMZ in March that the SEC “stopped the investigation without finding any monetary restrictions from Haley.
“I trusted the wrong people”
Welch acknowledged very little about Crypto before Hawk Memovine and said that she “trusts the wrong people” for the launch.
He claimed a company, which he said he could not name for legal reasons, is in full control of his X account, which published videos to promote his meme coin.
Welch said it was sent lines to record the video, which was then posted by someone on his X account, which he trusted but could not legally name it.
He added that on the day of Hawk’s launch, he “knew something” and was pulled into a room where a team of people asked him to talk directly with YouTuber Stephen Findsen, known as Kafizila.

Welch said he was only paid marketing fees and he “does not make a single penny”, which he said he had spent fully on legal and public relations fees.
Despite being free from any legal wrongdoing, Welch took some accountability, admitting that he allowed many of his fans to invest in this coin.
“It really makes me feel bad that they trusted me, and I attracted them to something I didn’t know so much. I didn’t know so much about Crypto that they joined with it. And I knew, but I talked about it, and I trusted the wrong people.”
A group of hawk buyers tried in December against the alleged token creators, claiming that Token The Moon Foundation, the Token Launchpad Overheri Limited, and its founder Clinton, had promoted Hawk as unregistered security.
Welch was not named by the defendant.
