The firm announced this week that New Jersey -based global insurance associates, one of the country’s major brokers, have continued their expansion plans with the recent acquisition of two agencies in South Carolina.
The Owns Insurance Agency, in Greer, and the Stokes Farnam Insurance Agency, was acquired in the travelers completed in January. The terms have not been disclosed.
Owns, commercial, personal, life and health and bond insurance products supply, has been in the area since 1952. Christopher was the crust owner.
Shen Lin Stokes was the CEO of Farnam Agency, who has also served customers in the state since the 1950s, which had commercial and personal lines insurance coverage.
Both agencies are now the distribution of World Insurance Associates.
