Or you can just eliminate this feeling, perhaps imagine a quiet scene. Let you calm through you. Let it survive in you. How does calm feel? Let it move through you, relax you, and ground you. When you feel completely easily, when you can be fully yourself, keep in mind the feeling of being calm. You are safe, comfortable. Consider how you feel when you are calm. How do you breathe? How do you hold your body? Feel peace, peace and ease. Take a bath in this feeling.
    8. Calm’s goodness, feel its strength, and then gently squeeze your right fist when you feel that feeling. Tell yourself mentally, This calm is now with me. Intend to advance comfort in your life.
    9. Now bring the feeling of heart to mind. What does it look like when you are motivated? You know that inner strength when you know you can never be stuck because you always find a way forward. You always find a way. You are not stuck in troubles, you are thinking about ahead solutions and creative ways. When you talk about facing difficulties and challenges, you are resources, determination and even a living heart. How will the gut feel? Imagine it, remember it, fill your body and let it flow through you. How do you breathe when you are motivated? How do you move? When you are empowered, you focus on where you are going, and what is in your heart, your purpose, your truth, nothing is going to stand in your way. Speak the feeling, the feeling of this feeling.
    10. Feel his goodness, his strength. Squeeze your right fist why you are feeling this feeling and intended that you are now moving attractive with yourself in your life, mentally telling yourself, Thank you, this excitement is with me. Feel that it has become a part of you.
    11. Now bring the feeling of love to mind. You may be remembering times when you opened your heart, when you gave love freely, when you gave advantage of suspicion to someone. Or a time when you were forgiven, compassion, kindness. Imagine or remember love: Feeling love, making love a sculpture, giving love. Now connect with it and let it be washed with your body and your existence. Keep your hands on your heart as well. How does love feel like in your body? In this feeling – its goodness, its strength, the love of every cell in every body of his body is washed away.
    12. As you feel that love, gently squeeze your right fist. Tell yourself mentally, This love is with me now. Feel that it has become a part of you.
    13. Now bring another standard you want to develop. Take a moment to remember what it feels like, like this standard. Contact it, remember it, add it, and let it be washed through you. Now let you survive. Your body, in your mind, what does the heart feel? See if you can accelerate the feeling as if it is filling all the cells in your body, flowing from every inch of the skin and bone and is inside you. How do you breathe when you feel that feeling? What do you say to yourself? How do you hold your body?
    14. Take a bath in this feeling. Feel his goodness, his strength. And then squeeze your right fist because you realize this internal strength and intend to advance this standard in your life from that day. Is mentally telling yourself, Well, this standard is now with me. Feel that it has become a part of you.
    15. Now you can return to your breathing awareness. Just breathe naturally. As soon as the breath waves are riding in the body, they only feel strong as the body breathes. As you breathe, rub the fingers and toes, and feel how you feel after the meditation takes out of meditation. Open your eyes when you are ready.
