You may not think of being a source of decision -making about mind -making, but deliberately silence moments can accelerate our mental explanation and help us understand which choices make the most attached.
In this guidance exercise, Meditation Teacher Toby Sola offers a simple technique you can use, whether you are facing life -changing choices or just overwhelmed with all the small decisions that often crowds our busy lives.
A meditation to help you make a decision – bug or small

- To start, lengthen your spine and relax your shoulders and arms. It is great to sit because you are both alert and comfortable.
- Take a moment to think about the decision you make. It can be a huge, as if you should have a baby, or it can be a small, as you should buy peanut butter.
- Once your decision is made, come with two statements: one “I will” statement and one “I will not” statement. For example, I will have children And I will not have children.
