This is according to a new report released Wednesday through digital marketing and automation platforms. The report has submitted responses to more than 8,000 people in the United States, the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

The report states that only 19 percent of US respondents correctly pointed out that there were 33 million small businesses in the United States. Many respondents “considered the number of millions of people less.” Meanwhile, more than two of the five Americans said they would feel “disastrous” if their favorite small business was closed.

Permanent contact CEO Frank Vela said the number has shown that most consumers have a “blind location” about the number of small businesses available.

Vela told Businessman In an email that small businesses build a “personal” relationship with their customers. Consumers are not just buying any product or service, they are building a relationship.

According to the report, the most famous types of small businesses globally were restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, retail shops, locally -owned franchises, and personal care or welfare business.

“Many of us feel personal to our favorite local businesses, but our research shows a significant awareness of the spread of these businesses.” “Failure to recognize small businesses and their important role in our communities and economies creates a blind position, making it easier to ignore their effects.”

Globally, 40 % of consumers say they go to a small business at least once a week, and more than 80 % agree that small businesses affect their lives positively.

Consumers said they supported small businesses because they enjoy the quality of products and services, personal customer service and local impact. He also said that he had chosen to buy in small businesses because of the feeling of these institutions of society.

Another small business survey released by the Goldman Sex last month found that most of the small business owners in the United States (69 %) are hopeful about their business financial health, and 78 % of their business is planned this year. Of the 1,188 businesses surveyed, about half (46 %) said they are expected to create new jobs this year.
