Bollinger motors to remember? The last time we examined the EV startup, he was sueing a UK -based Monroe for a patent violation. Earlier, the company decided to withdraw from plans to make its block B1 SUV and B2 pickup in favor of a large trading vehicle called B4. Now, all of this can end.
According to Automoto News. The company’s founder and former CEO Robert Bollinger on March 21 claimed that it owes $ 10 million. Bollinger turned away from the company in June 2024. It is currently owned by Mullen Automoto Inc., based in California.
The legalization claims that Bollinger issued a $ 10 million loan to the company, which requires timely interest payment, and these terms of payment have not been met. Automoto News Reports Bollinger requested that the company be put into receivers to secure all its assets, which were suicide attacks for loan. Apparently, Mullen’s representatives did not appear to be a court hearing on the matter on May 7, so the judge approved the receipt’s request.

In a quick check of the Bollinger Motors website, a press release has been shown from April 29 to New York’s Lower East Side Acology Center, announcing sales of Bollinger B4. Another press release is set to be presented on April 15 at the Enviruscharge “Bollinger B4’s sale on April 28 at Advanced Clean Trucking (Act) Expo in California. It is unclear whether the truck is there or not.
