A new system of loot will be presented in Borderlands 4, which will bring new weapons manufacturers, increase the variety of weapons through parts systems, and adjust the drops of loot.

As described in detail on the PlayStation Blog, unlike previous Borderland Games, weapons manufacturers are going to overplap in Borderland 4 as part of a licensed parts system. Due to this system, the weapons are characterized by the part of various manufacturers, which gives you many features on the same weapon. For example, there was a Vladov gun shown that had a capacity of high explosives using the Tourg explosive bullets. It seems that the weapons will fall like this, as there was no mention of guns in the guns.
In addition to the new guns, there are three new varieties of goods in Borderlands 4. Ordinance is a new joint slot for hand grenade and heavy weapons. The gear box also discussed how it would change the drops of loot in Borderland 4 to make the loot chase more interesting. Borderlands 4 recently moved its release date by September 12, when this Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC will be released.
