I had received my brow X24 smoky fire pit a few years ago, and since then I have been a great supporter of this brand. Advanced standards alone may have made me a pleasant user, but they are also interested in cool product innovations, especially when it comes to direct fire cooking. The Brew Girl Dome is a strong stainless steel cover that is designed to connect with the checkpoint grill, which means it is compatible with both the X-and the Wi-Series Firewright as well as the fire girl. The dome reflects the heat below and re -divides it, which creates a temperature cooking environment. It is connected in the middle so that once the dome is established, access to the cooking level you can easily lift half of the front. There is no need to destroy the temperature balance by completely eliminating the dome. Added pizza stones, it directly turns the grill surface into a fire oven. A built -in thermometer above the grill dome handle allows you to monitor the operation more closely to add another layer of control and convenience.
