Learn Zig Zig breath with Rommy
According to the first grader, Romer, in the space between the program, the Zig zig breathing includes only two easy steps.
- Move your head into a zigful form.
- Breathe calmly.
Romer says that exercise can not only help you feel warm, but can help you feel better if you get hurt.
Thank you, Romer! We will maintain this fast and easy exercise in our toolkit, should we have peppers or will we need pickup?
Exercise square breathing with Elijah
- If you feel relieved, point your finger and close your eyes. Get ready to imagine that you are pulling a square shape with the tip of your finger.
- Breathe through your nose and move your finger to one line, and pull the first side of the square in the air in front of you.
- Stretch the front of the square and breathe with your mouth.
- Breathe with your nose and pull the third side of the square.
- Breathe with your mouth and complete the square.
- Repeat it three times.
We know that deep, deliberate breathing calms our nervous system and focuses our minds. This easy exercise is a great way to tap at any time, anywhere, at any time, at any time. Thanks for the lesson, Elijah!
