According to the US Department of Justice’s Central District California office, an insurance brokerage executive in California will prove a crime for breaking the federal campaign laws by illegally contributing to the Joint Fundraising Committee.
The DOJ accused Tina Maria Hostech, 66, of La Kidada Flintraj, in which one year was partnered in the name of another in the name of another.
According to the DOJ, Hostovich agreed to prove a crime on federal criminal charges and agreed to pay a fine of 43,500.
Hostech is expected to appear before the US district court in the city’s Los Angeles in the coming weeks.
According to a petition agreement, from May 2020 to 2023, Hostech contributed a total of $ 75,700 to the Principal Campaign Committees and Federal Joint Fund Rising Committees of Federal Candidates in the names of other people. According to the DOJ, the calendar year from 2021 to 2023 to 2023, the partnerships of the Hoscover drains increased to more than $ 10,000 during each of these years.
According to the DOJ, Hoscoich allegedly used 11 different people, including insurance brokerage employees, who were employed, the employees of the employees, and those who served personal services for Hostech and his family.
The allegations state that Hostech contacted one of these individuals or members of their family and asked to participate individually or to participate in the campaign or fundraising committee of a particular candidate for their family members. Then Hostech paid the funds to the man through PayPal, either before it was contributed or he should be paid.
According to the DOJ, Hostevic has sometimes stated clearly that she will pursue the money for partnership or return the person for that contribution.
Hostechwich acknowledged in the application agreement that one of the reasons was that he was engaged in drainage contributions, which is to have the opportunity to meet at the Kennedy Center Board of Trustee in Washington, DC, he did not come to the post.
According to the DOJ, the recipients of the partnership consisted of a joint fundraising committee, which includes the US Senator’s Principal Campaign Committee, a Principal Campaign Committee for the US Senator candidate, two members of the US House of Representatives, the Principal Campaign Committee for the Campaign Committee, and a Joint Campaign Committee.
According to the DOJ, Hostech did not reveal none of these candidates committees or joint fundraising committees that they were a source of funds donated by 11 people.
The FBI investigated the matter. Assistant US Attorney Thomas F. Rabbersic, Assistant US Attorney, of Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section, is prosecuting the case.
