Los Angeles, Calif. Climbing video games is almost like breathing or walking. This is something that you rarely think about. Rather, you just do it. Quick and Haven creators, the latest title of game bakers, pays this idea. Karen is an upcoming release that is about to climb, which is a mixture of gameplay, which reminds me of Joint and surprisingly, the browser game QOP. After playing a demo in the IGN Live, I went completely with Karen on the expected release list.

Peaks and valleys
Announced during Sony’s game condition, Karen is a “survival mountaineer”. This means that climbing is not just about moving forward, but also planning your path accordingly and rationing resources and ability. You play as Awa, a woman who has vowed to live and survive an unforgivable Mount Kami. Start is simple, like every hero’s journey. The demo began with a short tutorial in the rock climbing gym. The way the Karen handle kills the Movement immediately.
If you have ever visited a rocking gym or just scaled the wall, you will know that the place of hands and feet determines how many days you will stay there. When I moved between color -coded handhelds, the game automatically determines what organs to use on the basis of weight and AAVA currency.
That is why Qwop pops into my head. Interestingly, QWOP is a free -to play browser game that works to transmit the character by controlling you every organ with a separate key. The idea is the same in Karen. Where you keep Eva’s hands and feet, it determines how effective you will keep the wall effectively. Push Ava into its limits, and with her breathing, her arms and feet shaken.
You are not limited to a rocky climbing gym. Like the tears of the kingdom, Karen also allows you to climb easily, the formation of rocks, the natural dips, cracks and bending to stabilize AAVA. It also has a friendly, spider -like robot that works as a bilir. This helps to apply the spikes, metal spikes, which, when entering the climbing level, works as an anchor that puts it in place to recover capacity. In these moments of respite, Ava can dig in your book bag to use the stretch items. There is nothing better than the chocolate bar to work as a motivation.

Karen uses a unique art style that produces the environment in a beautiful, colorful color. Cell shade graphics make every climb a visual behavior, and perhaps it helps me experience “mountain height”, which many climbers enjoy moving on the edge of a mountain.

Platform and release date
I didn’t expect much from going inside Karen, but I was surprised how much Demo bowed to me. I look forward to spending more time with Karen on November 5, 2025, at the PC, PlayStation 5, and the Xbox Series X/S.
