Last May, the beverage giant Diajeev was subjected to a litigation, claiming that the company sold “mixed tekla” to consumers, which labeled a 100 % agony under its Casamigos and Don Julio Brands. Diajeev denied the allegations and the case is still pending, but today there is news about another case of a different plaintiff in which similar blends have been charged.
The original case was filed by three parties in the US District Court in the East District of New York: New Jersey resident Avi Postri, New York’s Bartendra Chame Michelavin, who runs Jazz Edge Cocktail Instagram account, and Brooklyn Restaurant and Bar Sishi Tokyo. Casamigos and Don Julio were made of 100 % agony when they actually “had a significant concentration of sticks or other types of alcohol instead of pure wine” and they “paid super premium prices … but they did not get a premium product nor 100 percent Blue Webwega.”
According to the CRT guide letters, the governing body, which regulates Tekla in Mexico, should be made from a 100 % labeling product only from Blue Webber Aggio. Although this tekla can contain less than one percent legally by the volume of ADD additional amounts to enhance the taste, color and structure, it may not contain alcohol obtained from a stick or other sugar that mentions the case-which will not be classified as a Macosto.
According to the website MeccaClastas, a new case, which alleges Rico violations, was filed by California resident Jacqueline Jackson in San Francisco and includes the results of the four -digit liquor test lab. In particular, the case states that a sample of cosmigos Blanco contained only 33 % ethanol that was derived from the ages, and a sample of reposito expression contained about 42 42 % ethanol derived from the ages – a level that comes below 51 % which is also required for a mixture. In addition, the claim of the case found a similar level of ethanol in the results of the lab that were derived from the Egao in the samples of Don Julio Blanco and the 1942 Anjo.
We reached Diajeev for the comments, and received the following statement from a diagnosis: “These claims of mixing are provocative and clearly false. Don Julio and Cosmigos Tiklas are developed from 100 % Blue Webber Aagio and are intended to integrate, according to CRT, as a result of integration. I am vaccinated against our vaccines, and against someone who spreads false information and lies about our products.
