Ford 2025 is warning the super duty owners not to run their pickups. They may have a brake pedal assembly, which lacks a retention spring that is designed to secure the brakes Pushrod on the brake pedal, which can result in the loss of brake power.
This memory affects only 2,345 2025 Ford super duty trucks, including F-2550 to F-550. The automacker began investigating the issue in late May when team members at the Kentucky Truck Plant reported the spring of maintaining a missing break pedal at 2025 F-350 to Ford’s critical concern at 2025 F-350.

Subsequently, Ford’s CCRG on May 5 reviewed a service technician report that does not have a brake force during a pre -supply inspection of a super duty, in which the brake pedal is “swinging freely”. Ford then received another F -350 warranty report in early June, which had a missing spring that a tech found during his inspection.
The CCRG learned through its investigation that an operator is new and still in training for employment, making both trucks with the missing spring. It has also found that the camera system designed to monitor production during some periods was low, so Ford is also remembering these vehicles without considerable visual evidence that they were properly built.
Ford says it has begun to inform the affected owners. The automacker says he will instruct them to work with his dealer to complete the inspection, because the automaker does not want the owners to drive their vehicles.
