The EA is asking employees to return to the office for three days every week under a hybrid model – and it seems that the company will be significantly reduced to remote services. CEO Andrew Wilson and EA Entertainment and Technology President Laura Mile sent e -mail to staff about the change, Ign Reports Of Kotaku Ethan Gutch also reported on Wilson’s email.
Corporate Communications VP Justin Hughes confirmed the new hybrid model Stuffy. “We have adopted a global hybrid work model to bring teams with more explanation and intentions,” Hughes says.
According to IGN reports, the details of the Mile email to help determine how 30 miles will be at EA locations whether an employee comes down to the site, hybrid, or a remote model for work. Here’s Mile says, per Ign:
The “Officite Local” work model is about to sunset within 3 to 24 months. In addition, “Direct /my approval will be required to get any work model discount and future remote services,” says Mile’s email, says Mile’s email.
