A federal judge has issued a preliminary decree that forbids President Donald Trump’s executive order on citizenship citizenship to impose anywhere in the United States.

According to the Associated Press, the decision was issued in early Thursday by US District Judge Joseph Liplant. The New Hampshire judge’s order was issued after an hour -long hearing, which was given time to appeal with seven days.

“This decision is a huge victory and will help protect the citizenship of all children born in the United States, as the Constitution intended,” said Codi Wovsi, a lawyer for the US Civil Liberties Union, representing the plaintiffs. “We’re fighting to ensure that President Trump does not violate the rights of the same child’s citizenship.”

“It is a protector of every child from across the country from this illegal, unconstitutional and cruel executive order,” Vofasi added.

Many people in the Trump administration, contrary to previous challenges, were filed for birth rights citizenship and was confirmed as a class action, in which the class consists of all those whose citizenship may be affected by the executive order.

The recent executive order under the legalization says that President Donald Trump has the executive authority to deny the citizenship of children born in women who are without legal status in the United States. This is despite 14Third The amendment to the US Constitution clearly indicates that no one – as long as they are born on the US soil – does not matter as their parents’ immigration.

The relevant section of 14Third Particularly the amendment states: “All the people of the United States or natural nature and its jurisdiction are citizens of the United States.”

In judicial filing, the Trump administration has repeatedly tried to argue that non -documentary immigrants are not included in the “subject to its jurisdiction” phase.

“The false statements of the citizenship clause have created a crooked incentive for illegal immigration, which has negatively impacted the country’s sovereignty, national security and economic stability,” the department’s lawyers wrote.

The Associated Press noted that the legal fiction includes a pregnant woman, two parents and their newborn children in the lead plaintiff. Collectively, they argue who is entitled to the citizenship of birthright, which can be banned by a ban on the legal status of their children in the United States.

In Thursday’s decision on Thursday, the Liplant was more than accepting the arguments of the class, he said, adding that his decision to issue a decisive order was “not a close call”, with a potential deprivation to meet every standard for irreparable damage.

“This is irreparable loss, only citizenship,” said Liplante. “This is the greatest honor in the world.”

With the Liplante’s decision, the case of the Citizenship of the Birthday Right will be returned to the Supreme Court, which has taken a strong stand against the nationwide order, but has not yet ruled the legal status of the executive order itself.
