MacClich joins the firm’s New York office with more than two decades of experience at the crossroads of law, finance, health care, cybercularity and emerging technology. The NYC Cyberla Group, PLLC, and a former managing partner of the experienced legal architect of digital banks, fantasy programs and AI compliance programs, brings extensive experience in navigating MacClich complex technology and regulatory environment. Its clients have been included in the global financial institutions, startups, government agencies and non -profit organizations. He is a certified information privacy manager and served as the chair of Puerto Rico Nilidjinate Bob of IApp.
The Massio, based in Mexico City, is a nationally recognized leader in international trade and tax law, with more than 30 years of experience giving advice to multinational and domestic companies. Messi, a former director of the Central Administration of Foreign Trade Audit in Mexico’s Tax Administration Service (SAT), played a key role in implementing free trade agreements such as USMCA. Its practice focuses on foreign trade litigation, constitutional tax challenges and consultations on compliance, especially in audit and original verification procedures.
Olivia brings more than 35 years of legal experience, which advises international business transactions and cross -border energy projects. After serving as a partner in global firms, including Baker McCaine, Norton Rose Flibright and CMS, he has led more than 30 major efforts and M&A transactions in Central and South America – oil and gas, power generation, infrastructure and renewable energy. Regulatory law, compliance program and corporate governance also include licensed, Olivia works to practice in Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela. He is a key member of the Mexican steering committee of the Association of International Energy Negotiators.
