What was your day job or basic profession when you started your side histl?
Before the task rabbate, I spent nine years in public service as a 9-1 sender, a role that strengthened my ability to solve the problem under pressure, clearly communicate and build confidence in people in high stressful situations. Although I got a meaningful work, I wanted a new challenge that gave flexibility and the opportunity to apply my abilities in different ways.

When did you start stirring your side, and where did you get inspired for it?
I went out of the west in 2020 and, in 2022, discovered Task Rabet as a way to overcome my schedule and take advantage of my current skills. My parents were the owners of a construction company, and my mother entered me the belief that I could learn and do anything that I would mind. Long before the DIY trend, she was dealing with home improvement plans, which showed me that women could do anything! It made sure that I confidently know how to use power tools, paints and household projects. What began as a way to implement these skills, which soon developed in a special business that offered the latest mounting and minor electric work, together with technical precision to solve the problem for providing high quality installations for my clients.
Did you take some first steps to get your team off the ground?
Initially, I focused on my skill set plans, but when I experienced, I expanded the power reality installations and advanced growing technical services – work is often considered to be the influence of men. Task Rabet has allowed me to set up an extremely closed, demanding service business, where repetitive clients trust me for precision, reliability and expertise.

If you can go back to your business journey and change a process or approach, what will happen, and do you wish you to perform it differently?
Two things stand in front: Improving my schedules. Initially, I wasted a lot of time driving back and forth between Denver and Bolder for multiple tasks in the same day. Now, I actively ask clients whether they have the flexibility to change the time slot with others, which allows me to smooth my way. Learning to seek adjustment has been a game changer.
I would be more careful than the plaster walls. When I first started, I did not realize the potential risks of drilling in the plaster, especially in older homes where asbestos can occur. The plaster was usually used before the 1970s, and the exposure to asbestos dust pose health risks. Now, I always wear a N99 dried wall mask, regardless of the material I am working with, regardless of the materials – there are many harmful things in the construction material that I will not breathe instead.
When it comes to this particular business, what is the thing you are particularly challenging and/or surprising that those who come to this kind of work should be prepared for but are unlikely?
One of the most neglected challenges is asking the right questions. The more information I collect before a task – such as a wall type, client’s expectations and any potential obstacles – the work is smooth. It also helps avoid unnecessary tours of the home depot for a unique tool or hardware.
Can you remember a particular example when something went wrong – how did you fix it?
As like any work, you never really know what you are against, unless you get the job and evaluate who you are working with. Scoping a premature work can only get you so far. The surprise can be and will be. The thing that separates me is that I have the ability to solve the axis and the problem. During my years, I have noticed that my commitment to my work -related health and triple checks is essential to preventing mistakes before being executed. And, of course, by doing everything with the commitment of the same non -dialogue, I am able to make sure that my work has been done properly every time and, most importantly, my clients are satisfied.

How long did you take you to see permanent monthly income? How much did the Side Histal earn?
When I first started, I had no review and set a low -hour rate to increase demand. I moved on everything available, working long hours to get speed. Within a month or two, I was booked permanently, and for the third month, I had a clear idea of my revenue ability. Initially, I made $ 2,000 per month, which felt the work like 24/7. But paying this stir; I made my reputation, obtained hundreds of reviews and references, and in a relatively short period of time, the short -term managed to scale my business. Now, I am able to enjoy the balance of work life with my expertise, which brings more enough per hour, and I am able to set time to appreciate my hard work.
How does the growth and tax now look?
The task has been a valuable source of rabbat income that I have been able to grow or down on the basis of my goals in the last three years. Sometimes, I have done a full-time work, completing 40-45 tasks per month, which is equivalent to 70-80 hours of work. The platform provides flexibility in taking the maximum or minimum you want, which makes it a great option for those who want to make a business on their terms. When I am working 60-80 hours a month a month, I usually earn about $ 3,500-4,500 a month.
How much time do you spend working on your business on a daily, weekly or monthly basis?
The task works on the client’s application model, meaning I don’t always know how my week will look like. I usually mark myself as available and wait for the booking. Unlike traditional jobs, with a set day holiday, I create my time around my booking. For example, if I just have a morning job, I can leave friends in the afternoon to meet friends or enjoy the day comfortably. Climate demand also plays a role – busy periods such as Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday and holidays work more. My marketing is mainly through words and client references. For me, the game changer was when I started seeking reviews every time before I quit a job-the majority of my clients do not mind taking a few minutes to share their experiences.
What do you enjoy running this business?
I like to see a project from the beginning to the end, but my client is the real reason why I enjoy this work very much. I have had the opportunity to meet and help many incredible people, and I am proud to make their lives easier. Nothing beats a happy client who refers to a friend because he had a great experience with me.

What is the best piece of your specific, viable business advice?
For women who are interested in similar work especially, my suggestion is:
1. Start in your comfort area but press yourself to grow-learning new skills has allowed me to take high value tasks.
2. Invest in Quality Tools – Placing the right equipment makes any work more efficient and professional.
3. Professional skills separate you – clients prefer expertise, communication and reliability to anything.
4. Do not draw: Just start. Every expert was once an early, and the best way to build confidence is through experience. Skills can be learned, but determination, solving the problem and the willingness to detect things will take you far away.
Take every opportunity to learn because small jobs are also important. Small tasks create confidence, improve their abilities and lay the foundation for big opportunities. Everything teaches something new, and the more you experience, the faster you will grow in high value.
