One village, sitting with only four seasons in the world, has targeted the market at 19.5 million. The Dear Hotel Brand has launched a new residence inside the Costa Palmas community in the Las Cabos, California, Mexico, which provides residents from their private dock to the pond without interruption, or directly to the door of the door to the front door.
The Rob reports, “The beach Yacht Villa 25 was considered as a modern retreat that celebrates its unique setting in the mountain, desert and sea convention,” the Brandon Gorean of Gorin Glass Architects, who designed this property, reported. “Material selection for the villa through the use of local Trivorine, hand-made tiles, and natural forests, which appears in a wide row of subtle textures and complimentary completions, as if the coastal environment is offered through the sun, sand, sea and air.”

Inside it, the villas mix the natural trivine, hand -made tile and hot wood.

The seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, have a total of 7,000 square feet of interior space, covering about 8,700 square feet to about half an acre. Gorean emphasizes that this layout was designed to fade the lines between indoor and outdoor life: “Villa’s plan connects residents with the natural beauty of the sequence through the creation of places that flows with no interruption.”
The purpose of each detail is to make a part of the outside life-from extensive ceilings and swimming ponds to outdoor kitchen and residential areas, which creates a sense of continuity between aerial-conditioned internal comfort and dramatic scenario.

Sliding glass doors and balcony produce an easy flow between indoor and outdoor residential places.

The customs are also central to the design. “Villa uses a joint venture module and discussion components, which can make the owner’s specific needs and preferences personal.
