For decades, this historic hampton barn conversion was not just a residence – it was a creative sanctity, studio and social center. Now, the late sculptor Hall Beconer and his late partner, Arts’s patron saint Doroti Lachstin’s long -standing Southampton compound, Pop Art icon Roy Lachtein’s widow, is targeting the market for less than $ 8 million with Pet Garyti in Korkoron. Both Bacon and Lchattenstein passed away in 2024, at the age of 85 in January and about six months after Six six months.
Only two lush acres of, deserted property is an important sign in every respect – or the historic Klover farm dairy barn belonging to the Demon family, which had cultivated this part of the Southampton since the early 1800s. Beconer and Lchattenstein bought the barn in 2004 and turned it into a wonderful work mixture, where large -scale abstract sculptures were tied in the form of landscape, and the creativity was literally part of the foundation.

The 7,200 square feet compound has connected the ruling architecture with modern relief, which is located in a peaceful pocket in Southampton. Baconer created many of his signature kit-olmanum works on this property, while a donor, Lachtestin, laid the foundation of the Roy Lichstine Foundation here. Together, he built a shelter that regularly drew the influential cast of friends from art and literary worlds.

One of the features of the house between the two structures is: a stream stone garden designed by Baconer and Littenstein. Made of bridges, seating areas and complex stone works, it feels less like a landscape and more like interactive installation. Other common highlights include two lounge areas, a frestanding hottub, a two car garage, and a hot swimming pool with multiple parking areas.
