Here are the five points he shared with new jobs, according to his post:

    1. Stay away from toxic behavior

Van Ahn warned new employees to tell new employees to reach their role with “massive ages” and try different people to try to work for different people.

He wrote, “Don’t be a shock.”

He said that the culture of Dollingo rapidly indicates toxins and “rejects”.

    2. Stay enabled

Wan Ahn explained that in the early days, Dollingo did not have the company’s blog. Two engineers contacted the issue differently: One complained about it for months without doing anything about it, while the other started the blog.

Wan Ahn said that the latter engineer “worked well in Dollingo”, adding that if he looks at a new service company, he is always free to fix it.

    3. Keep the company’s mission on top of

Van Ahn encouraged to think about what is better for the company and his team, and these priorities are better for themselves.

He warned that “this does not mean that he suffers to death,” but that means what is good for the mission of Dollingo, which is to provide free language education to everyone.

    4. Be familiar with the product

According to Wan Ahn, it really takes to know the product using Dolingo and why it is important. The doolingo app is a language learning and is available for hundreds of languages, including Spanish, French, Japanese and Mandarin.

Wan Ahn mentioned that he still reports insects on the app in an attempt to improve the user’s experience.

    5. hug that success needs hard work

Wan Ahn said success was “65 % of luck” and “for almost two decades, 35 % hard work.” He writes that the new fare is not needed by the most intelligent people in the room – they should remain permanent and “show” until they find fate.

He wrote, “If you stick to it, you will wonder how far you can go.”
