When we built our new house, there was a chance to fulfill some of the dreams of a lifetime. I knew I really wanted to be outside as I was on vacation in Spra Resort. I wished a quiet, quiet place to find a balance and reduce stress. Our lot is in the size of the pie, which is separate from the rest of the backyard with a good shaped section of the grass on the left side of the property. This was the best place to revive my dream.
Now entertainment and hard work – strangers. I spent endless hours on the Pennastrist and home and garden websites to find images that I imagined to share with the landscape designer. I also visited the gardens in my neighborhood and in the hotels for local museums, plant gardens, and festivals. This process was often great because there are many products, setting options, and design styles available, such as Japanese Zen, Chinese, Southwestern United States, traditional English and Middle East.
The design process
Meditation garden is beneficial to design with numerous ingredients that fill your senses, such as vivid but quiet colors, comfortable sounds, interesting shapes and textures, comfortable places to sit or lie, and beautiful scent. The best thing is that you can choose these elements of your place on the basis of your personal preferences and garden goals.
The first repetition of our design was far away, as it proposed to fill the entire area with pebbles and stones. I wanted to maintain more and more grass to get more natural shape, so back to the drawing board. Fortunately, after a short back and more photo sharing, the earthquake architect designed the perfect Zen -like meditation garden. These are the main elements of my meditation garden to help you affect your own dream garden designs, whether you hire a supporter or decide to make it yourself.
Water
Water is known to give us a sense of peace and tranquility. We are so focused on the water that we enter into a state of mind, which is why the water elements must be included in the garden of meditation. In addition, the calm sound of flowing water can masize traffic and other disturbing noises. We installed the water fountain bowl that meets stones and stones.

Greenery
In addition to being a green color, greenery can act as the basis of meditation garden. Plants, shrubs, hedges and trees can be used in multiple ways to create a separate area from the rest of the house. They can act as a barrier to fence, sound or vision, or create artistic visual interest. I like the form of modern, firmly shaped bushes and the garden has many circle -like topics. There are also small and medium trees of different heights and species throughout the place.
Sit
I chose two options to sit in the garden to rest: a meditation bench and a porch swing with an umbrella. Nothing beats that only sits in the garden and takes all the feelings that bring nature, from the freshness to my skin to the sound of water springs. The swing also provides a very important suspicious space in the garden.
Sculptures and sculptures
Although some people like to add a variety of sculptures and sculptures that mean – such as animals, Buddhist images, or small pagodas – so I have chosen some attractive white stones to add a sculpture effect to the garden. I have left the opportunity to add statues or sculptures over time if I see something I love.

Stones, pebbles, and sand
Unlike plush elements such as grass, plants and shrubs, these solid materials provide a sense of strength to the garden of meditation. The Japanese Zen Garden, also known as the Japanese Rock Garden, can also be included in these simple elements to help us comfort and heal. Our design includes medium -sized stones and maze (below) around the garden.
Garden Bed Picked up
Another element that most people can forget is something for our taste. We add a raised bed of the garden to grow vegetables. We have had great success in increasing cherry tomatoes and green pepper. In fact, we had many cherry tomatoes that were difficult to maintain. Creating the need to pick vegetables also encourages to go out and relax in the garden of meditation.
Bird Feder/Bird House
A portion of sitting outside in the garden is able to enjoy all the birds who are listening to their birds, especially their birds. I hung the bird feeder on a beautiful paint lounge that I bought at an art festival to attract more birds. I intend to add one or more bird feeders to the garden.

Maze
I saved the best for the last. The most unique aspect of my meditation garden is forgotten. After introducing the holidays to the maze, I knew I wanted to try and add to my meditation garden.
Often found in Puja homes, luxury spasms and community centers, Libranaths are about 3,000 years ago in different cultures around the world. These meditation tools are circular or spiral routes, with the only way to go out and out. Maze are mainly used for mind -making, it is a quiet process that allows people to focus on the present moment by falling into the body’s emotions.
You can practice maze walking during barefoot or when wearing shoes, which aims to move slowly and get acquainted with every step and breath, keeping in mind without any destination. I enjoy removing my shoes and walking in my garden. It is helpful in choosing grass, which makes it comfortable to ensure the best experience.
When we asked to make a maze because this is such an extraordinary request, but they enjoyed the challenge. Given a limited space, we chose a small, easy spiral using bricks. The path to walking is grass, so it took the area as green and natural as possible. In addition, this design needs limited equipment, which helps save money and labor. We keep the grass path to the grass and we occasionally eat grass.
