They have their own opinions expressed by business partners.
Today’s businessman La, the world is your sap – you can start business from anywhere and sell it everywhere. Being this global approach is gradually becoming a prerequisite for building a successful business.
For this purpose, I encourage you to impress the starting world. Startup has always been about thinking. From the first day, the purpose is to rarely dominate a local market – it is to disrupt industries, grow globally and have an impact on a scale.
However, these ambitions mean that offices in different countries, investors of different cities and partners scattered around the world are not just wishes but needs. If your business crosses state lines and national borders, your travels will be the same. Because zoom call is almost never enough to encourage a team, close investment or ride a new partner.
The conversation in front is irreparable, which means that if you are making a global business, travel will be a big part of your life. And, okay, that’s exactly what I’m doing.
Recently, I made 15 flights in two months, including translantic and transitantal properties. Although this level of travel is pleasant, it is also a source of fatigue. It forced me to consider that my company operates easily when I am not available. And it’s not just about business – it’s personally taxing. I had to adopt a rigorous routine to avoid eliminating my productivity and fitness through flights and time zone changes.
There are three strategies that have helped me to continue my start without interruption.

1. Set your teams for success with quarterly planning
Most of the startups and young companies, the CEO is the lunattle of the organization. But if the whole operation relies on a person, it is a prescription of disaster – especially when the person is constantly in motion.
That is why quarterly planning is necessary. Every quarter, my teams and my teams are in harmony with the goals we need to target and the results that we need to provide as an organization and individuals. This is not just about setting goals. It is about to empower teams to take ownership of their work.
When everyone knows who they are responsible for, they can organization and implement themselves without permanent supervision. This structure ensures that even when I am on a 12 -hour flight or on the back, the business keeps moving forward.
The quarterly plan also creates a rhythm for the company. This allows us to celebrate victory, learn in shock and adjust our strategy as needed. It’s not just about living when I’m away – it’s a promotion.
2. Create a team that can manage itself
The plan can only take you yet. You need the right people to live these projects. Having a growing company is one of the biggest challenges you face – and it can make or break your business.
The question is, will you hire top actors who connect and invest in your mission? Or will you end up with box tickets who will not take any action without your approval?
I have learned that hiring the latter may find more organized in the short term, but this is an expensive mistake, especially if you do not have time and resources to meet each of their needs. In this sense, a team of formerly-Self-Starters who knows what to do and need to take the initiative-each is worth a penny.
When you have the right people, you do not need to do micro management. They will move forward, solve problems and move on business, even when you are all over the world. He said, you have to give them confidence and place to do so. There is nothing worse than hiring high performance services and inciting their ability through micro management.
3. Take care of yourself – keep routines to stay fast
Repeated travel takes a tool. Jet interval, sleep disrupts and long hours of fast aircraft seats can cause destruction of your productivity and fitness. This is why maintaining personal routines is very important.
For me, that means to prefer exercise. Even if this is the only sharp session in the hotel’s gym, I always make sure that there is a gym wherever I am living. This means sticking to healthy eating habits, being hydrate and getting enough sleep – even when my schedule is full.
I have also found that cold rain and mind -making methods help me stay faster and focused. These little habits may seem small, but they are game changer when you awaken a difficult schedule and startup requirements.
The fact is that if you are not taking care of yourself, you cannot bring your best in your business. And when you are CEO, your energy and focus have made the tone for the entire company.

To keep it all together
Permanent startup on this move is not a small feat. It requires careful planning, a rock solid team and commitment to self -care. But in place of the right system, it is possible to run your business easily – even 30,000 feet.
The quarterly plan ensures that your teams are attached and empowered. Having the services of the right people creates the basis of confidence and initiative. And keeping personal routines keeps you sharp and flexible, no matter how long you cross the zones.
At the end of the day, the entrepreneurship is a marathon, not a sprint. And if you want to go distance, you need to make a business – and lifestyle – which can be sustained.
