Immigrant rights organizations have filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles and other parts of southern California to challenge “unconstitutional” implementation measures, claiming that the Trump administration -led crackdown is widespread ethnic profiles, illegal captures, illegal captures.

According to New York TimesThe case was filed this morning in a federal court based in Los Angeles. In judicial documents, lawyers alleged that the Trump administration has used a “indiscriminate immigration operation” against immigrants in many industries.

The legalization states that “brown skinned people are suddenly and stretched by unknown federal agents with a sudden and powerful demonstration, and answers those questions as to who they are and where they are.”

The case was filed by the detained immigrants, several immigrants’ rights organizations, and two US nationals. Mighty, he claims that the Trump administration’s implementation measures have violated their constitutional rights.

The plaintiffs are represented by lawyers of non -profit organizations, including the American Civil Liberties Union and the Public Council.

“These boys are popped throughout the city, and only taking people from collectively and we want this special process to end,” said Mohammad Tajsar, a southern California Union Attorney.

Public Councilor Attorney Mark Rosen Bam said Position That a favorable decision outside southern California will not be implemented, but it is predicted that there may be “national strength” in this case.

Subsequently, the Trump administration has generally responded to the bombing fashion, with US Department of Homeland Security Spokeswoman Tressia McLeflin termed the accusations of litigation as “unpleasant and clearly false.”

“All detainees are provided with proper food, medical treatment, and they get opportunities to communicate with lawyers and their family members, McLown said in a statement. “(…) In fact, the ICE has higher concentration standards than most US prisons that have the original American citizens.”

California and all over the country are operated by private prison contractors, many of which have been accused of abusing, abusing and neglecting.

“This kind of bullying is designed to make our brave ice law enforcement agencies vicious and villain,” McLaflin said. “As a result of such garbage, attacks on implementation officers have increased by more than 700 percent.”

McLaflin did not provide any statistics on the claims or explained it.

The litigation emphasizes that during its raids, the federal government has repeatedly detained US legal residents and US citizens.
