When one door closes, another opens — at least in downtown Los Angeles.
A new private members’ club has opened in Beverly Hills, following the closure of exclusive hot spots Newhouse and Bareilly in 2025 and 2024, respectively.
Arch Beverly oversees operators Good City Studio, a design and development firm founded by husband-and-wife duo David Guttstadt and Amanda Potter, who are behind the Equinox Hotels, Ballers and Fittlers Club. Conveniently located within the former Spring Place building on Wilshire Boulevard, the club is designed to be a place where the city’s elite can work and play.
“Membership clubs are experiencing a real renaissance across the country, and yet there’s an especially void in Los Angeles,” Potter said in a statement. “We’re responding to this need by creating a lifestyle ecosystem where people can work, connect and recharge under one roof, complete with a restaurant-quality dining program typically found at the best social clubs.”

Spanning approximately 65,000 square feet, The Arch Beverly features collaborative work areas, lounge spaces, private offices, conference rooms, a screening room, and two rooftop terraces. Accentuating the building’s unique architecture, the interior is decorated with warm wood, pale tiles and medieval decor. It’s also adorned with a sculptural wooden staircase by BA Collective, custom furnishings, as the architecture, and curated artworks, create a sophisticated yet cozy feel.
At the heart of the club is the bar + kitchen. Created by culinary director Victor Totres, the restaurant celebrates the best of California produce through a menu that evolves with the seasons. Drawing from Totorres’ Argentine heritage, each dish pays homage to the South American country’s tradition of grilling, or asado, by adding at least one element cooked over flames. Think a hearty sandwich with grilled skirt steak, chimichurri, and caramelized onions. Tatoris works with local purveyors, such as The Cheese Store in Beverly Hills, to bring fresh cheeses, meats and other ingredients straight to the plate. The bar + kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and early dinner, with an outdoor courtyard that can be used for al fresco dining during the day.

Food can’t do everything, of course. The club will launch monthly rooftop events in 2026, with a calendar of rehabilitative treatments such as cold plunges and compression therapy. Other highlights include game nights, comedy shows, cooking classes, and more.
“By providing a constant rhythm of gatherings, conversation and shared space, the Club adds to the city’s sense of community and supports the people who help it grow,” added Todd Johnson, CEO and President of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.
Arch Beverly offers four membership levels – community, local, residential, and private office – with the highest offering 24/7 access. Monthly rates start at $300. For membership inquiries, visit the Arch Beverly website.
