“Mountainhead” actor Jason Schwartzman has put his California dwelling on the market for $1.75 million—less than a year after he purchased it.
The Hollywood heavyweight, 45, initially listed his four-bedroom, three-bathroom on Aug. 14 for $1.8 million, however, slashed the price and relisted the property on Sept. 12 for $1.75 million.
Schwartzman and his wife, Brady Cunningham, with whom he shares daughter Una, snapped up the abode on Oct. 31, 2024 for $1.75 million.
The home, which was built in 1926, sprawls across 2,323 square feet and is surrounded by lush greenery and its facade is made up of a white tone with dark green trim.
Although the home has been remodeled since it was built, many of its original charming details, such as “graceful arches, latch windows, built-ins, Red Oak flooring, and heigh ceilings” have been preserved, according to the listing.
