Louisiana’s Attorney General Laz Morrill has filed a lawsuit against Roblox, claiming that his alleged security measures make him “the best place for Pedo Fellows”.
According to NBC News, Muralon filed a lawsuit earlier this week in 21 in the state.stay Judicial District. It claims that California -based rubleex either deliberately or carelessly developed a social platform that does not have an age verification process, making it easier for young consumers to ignore age -related sanctions.
Roblox is a decades -old media platform that hosts a wide catalog of videos and other virtual “experiments”, many of which are designed by users and includes real time messaging capabilities.
The company’s internal data shows that at least 20 % of the platform is under 9 years of age.

The legislature cites examples of aggressive “experiments” that are hosted on rubles, including “escape from Epastin Island,” “Daddy Party,” and “Public Bathroom Simulator Veb”.
Roblox spokesperson has since responded to the litigation, saying it will cooperate with the prosecutor’s office – while emphasizing that it is “clearly invalid” that the company will deliberately endanger children.
“We dedicate resources to help detect and prevent inappropriate content and behaviors. Our social standards set clear expectations to treat rubles and explain limited experiences. We have a large, specialized trained team together with thousands of users to protect our consumers.”
The company said, “For inappropriate content … Our Trust and Safety Team has taken a speedy action (usually within minutes) to solve the violating content and removes accounts through AI scan, user flags and active surveillance, which focuses on a dedicated team implementation and rapid removal. “For example, daddy experiences violate our real -world sensitive events policy and we have a dedicated team that is working to clear this content from the platform.”
“Unfortunately, bad actors will try to stop our system to try to remove their system from the platform, where there may be a difference between safety standards and moderation,” said Roblox. “We work permanently to prevent these efforts and enhance our moderate ways to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.”
