Apple launched a developers conference worldwide in Capetino today, and take a look at its operating system. As its name suggests, the WWD is based on the DC manufacturer, but it offers us a glimpse of features to expect our iPhones, iPads, Max and other Apple devices in this fall. Today, a “liquid glass” re -design was front and center, while Apple’s intelligence ended in a slight background. If you didn’t have time to see Apple’s key note, you missed here.

Apple usually gives its mobile OS a visual refreshment every few years, but Apple says this year’s “liquid glass” design is the largest upgrade after iOS 7 in 2013. It gives more transparent shapes to apps and menos. They are designed to extend and contract when you do scrcles or browses. Apple’s valuable vision takes a page from the interface, Visionos on the Pro -Headset. On this device, the icons make sense because they look throughout your field. We have to see how it translates into small devices.

Most of us will probably get the first crack on the liquid glass on the iPhone with iOS 26. No, you don’t lose eight versions of Apple’s mobile OS. The company is changing how its OSS names are, so they are all the same. Instead of iOS 19 and McCons 16, it will be iOS 26 and Macos 26, for example, but it applies to the whole board to iPados, Visionous, Watchos and TVOS. 25 Why not? Apple is apparently being affected by automated makers, which in 2025 releases the “Model Year 2026” cars. In addition, iOS 26 2025 will not be launched until the end.
As far as you get in iOS 26, these are many small upgrades, such as a unified messages inbox, group chats, carplay upgrades and more. Here is a complete round.

Many features of iOS 26 will also have popups on Macos, known as the latest version of Tau. But the two will find more thanks to the OS continuity, which will bring the iPhone app to Mac, which will handle you cellular calls from a nearby iPhone on Mac.
Apple also emphasized on a refreshment of the spotlight search, which will contain the results of all kinds of content (files, folders, events, apps, messages), which are categorically classified based on compatibility. But you can also filter searches if you know what you want. Apple also says that MacOS users can “take hundreds of steps directly from the spotlight – such as sending an email, making notes, or playing podcast – without jumping between apps.”

Although I mostly use my iPad to see the boyches and scroll mentally social media, Apple still wants you to understand its popular pill as a device for work. Apple says iPados 26 contains “a major increase in working with files, audio and video”, which includes “new ways to manage files and customize folders” and the dock folders and folders in the dock. The preview app on Mac will also come to the iPados for an easy way to view and edit the PDF. A new window system also allows more customized app layout.
Apple Intelligence?
Did you see that Apple was not the first thing in intelligence I mentioned? Following the role of her acting in the WWDC 2024, Apple’s AI solution came into existence at the end of 2024 and has not done much since then. The biggest announcement of Apple Intelligence is that the company will open its LLM developers, so they can add Apple Intelligence to their apps. But otherwise, we have just got a brief mention of new tools in Apple’s OSES. Siri was really mentioned when Apple’s SVP of software engineering, Craig Federigi, acknowledged that Apple needed more time to make AI a true support.

Apple’s Smart Watch OS got a routine upgrade in WWDC. Here is the most excited to try PCMAG Andrew Giberrt, but you may be listening to the most about the exercise friend, who will talk to you – and even encourage you. Direct translation feature from iOS 26 also comes to your wrist on Apple Watch Series 9, Series 10, and Ultra 2 (provided you have an iPhone with Apple Intelligence).

Visionos 26
Although Apple is rumored to detect smart glasses, it is allegedly in the early stages, so for now we are first trapped with General Vision Pro. Those of you who fired 500 3,500, however, will get an OS upgrade at this fall that promises “new local experiences” (widget!). Expect support for Insta 360, Go Pro, and Canon 180 degrees, 360 degrees, and wide field of view content. Apple will also allow the third party to create local experiences for vision. And it includes support for PlayStation VR2 senses controllers, which allows more sports on Vision Pro. And Visoos will support 26 more lifetime personalities.
Tvos
Don’t forget about Apple TV. Its TVOS receives a smooth way to logging into cinematic poster art, better profile switching, and login into apps as well as liquid glass treatment. You can choose Apple TV display profiles whenever you want to get up whenever you want to be. The contact poster upgrade for fee time is also coming on Apple TV.
‘Studio Quality’ Air Pod Upgrade
(Credit: Apple)
Apple is appealing to podcasters, singers and other creators with a studio quality audio recording for its air pods. A new camera will allow remote people to take long stress at the iPhone or iPad camera app to take photos or start video recording on the app. For us, for the fans of T -Tawak, Apple says these new features “make it easy to perform in harmony with the sound track while recording the video simultaneously.” They are coming as a free firmware update with Air Pods 4, ANC, Air Pods 4, and Air Pods Pro 2 this fall this fall with iOS 26, iPados 26, and Macos Tahao 26.
