A New Jersey man who claims to have suffered devastating injuries after a slip and fall crash in Walmart has rejected the $ 75,000 offer of the settlement-and is now prosecuted at least 2 million millions of damages on the company.

According to NJ..com, a case was filed earlier this week by the plaintiff Remon W. Chemillo. In judicial documents, Camilo’s lawyers noted that on July 26, 2024, his client went to Walmart in the New York city of Ambassador. While living in the store, he slipped on a patch of wet floors with his intention, causing severe waist and spinal cord injuries.

Chemilo claims that his injuries were so serious that he needed to get a “lumbar fusion surgery”.

The litigation has been alleged that he lost his balance after stepping into it, which he “put in the front of the store in the checkout area or surrounding it in a light -shaped manhole size.

Five days after Bamilu launched a legal proceedings against Walmart, the store’s lawyers contacted him to submit a preliminary settlement. In a letter, Walmart said that if he signed a document, it would pay 000 75,000 to Camillo, which states that he has not suffered any other damage.

“I can’t agree (the condition),” Mitchell’s lawyer, Mitchell A. Dornfield, wrote in response to the email.

Earlier this week, Chemilo and her lawyers filed a notice in a federal court based in New Jersey stating that it intended to find at least $ 2 million losses. He claims that as a result of Walmart’s alleged negligence, he was injured in many serious and permanent injuries.

Another New Jersey resident is prosecuting a similar claim against a residential company.

In this litigation, 67 -year -old Mount Lorel’s Winfred Freeman claims that he was hit by a large, heavy racing cart inside the Walmart Store on East Route 70. He suffered severe injuries to his head, neck, shoulders, waist and organs, indicating lawyers that at least some of them were injured and irreparable damage.
