Nintendo has announced that he is hosting another switch online this month. The closed beta is scheduled to begin on July 28, and this will give eligible users another chance to sample the same mystery service, which was tested during the October 2024 Players Program.
Like before, the switch online playst program is open to select players on the first, previously offered. You should be at least 18 years of age to qualify, and by July 17, an active Nintendo Switch Online + Extension Pack Subscript should be kept.
This time, Nintendo is allowing players to apply individually or as part of a group. You can create a application starting at PT/6 pm ET on July 18 at 3 pm, registration opens officially on July 21 at 8pm PT/11 AM ET. Full details can be found on Nintendo’s website.
The playst program is set to run from July 28 to August 10. “It is expected that they will accept more than 40,000 participants worldwide,” Nintendo says.
As was the case during the first playst program, Nintendo is asking participants not to discuss the service that they are examining. The company writes:
“We request that you do not discuss or disclose contents with others from the Nintendo Switch Online: Playst Program test software or website. If you participate as a group, you can discuss and exchange until it is within your group limits.”
This is not the only beta test for switch online members. Nintendo is also hosting a limited-time drag X drive demo by August 9-10. Unlike the playst program, it is open to all NSO users and will take place in these two days during the three specific time slot.
