Last year, Nintendo hosted a mysterious switch online playst, and on Thursday, the company announced that it would conduct another test as part of the “Nintendo Switch Online: Plays Program” and would soon open applications. This will be the second period before the “same service” test.
Last time, Nintendo told the participants not to share details about the playst, but the leak showed that it showed that the test was for any kind of MMO -style game.
Applications for this next playst will be open to users of 18 years or older, with an active Nintendo Switch Online + Extension Pack open with 6pm on Thursday. And Registered with a Nintendo account in Japan, United States, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, Brazil, or Mexico. According to Nintendo, consumers can apply as individuals or as a group of four persons “if everyone in the group meets the application eligibility,” according to Nintendo.
You can prepare your application on Nintendo’s website on Friday, July 18 to 6pm to Monday, Monday, July 21, at 10:59 am.
You can actually submit your application from ET to 11am on Wednesday, July 23, at 10:59 am, at 10:59 am, though Nintendo says the applications will be accepted “on the first, first service”.
Nintendo is expected to accept “more than 40,000 participants worldwide”, allowing a large jump of 10,000 participants for the October test. Nintendo says if you participated in this playst, you can participate in this next one, says Nintendo.
The playst itself will go to ET on Monday, July 28 to 9pm from 9pm on Sunday, August 10 at 8:59 pm.
