In Japan’s Imperial Palace, and London’s 10 Downing Street, White House, and London’s 10 Downing Street, there is no alien success in Moni-Tesai wine. Now, though, proprietors Marian and Larry Tasai have released what they call their Magnum Opse: Moon-Sai 2021 Lyunidas. The Montagna Dape Garden on Phardhad Hill is built with 100 % of the caretakes of the soil and made by Philip Melika, Lionidas is the end of three decades as the small producers of the smaller, boutique Napa Cabrinate Swagenon.
People who already know that Moon-Tasi is familiar with the big cats, especially the lions. “The lion that receives the Moon-Tasai label indicates what we like about the magnificent Napa Valley Cabinets: strength, beauty, cosmos and sarcasm,” said Larry. Rob reports Their flagship kernel is the name of Swagenon, the Corps Luns, which translates into the “Lion’s Heart”. After considerable consideration of the name of the latest bottling, he settled on Levydas, or “Lion’s son” after the legendary king of Sparta, who had filed successes in the Thermopilli’s battle in 480 BC. Larry says a wine is a bit nominated your Magnum Oppos “as your favorite baby is like choosing,” the purpose of Luenidas “is to stand by the name of a remarkable single wine yard that declares the unique features and qualities of one of the most Napa Valley’s most hairdresses.”
Although Larry and Marian Hole are called Mountain Home and Hole Mountain Mountains mixes the hills, they always love the Pradard Hill Fruit and they were very excited when grapes are available from the prize site. A 35 -year -old veteran from the Napa Wine Industry, Marian, who takes the lead in sourcing in the grapefruit along with a liquor maker, has very close friends and contacts of the grape garden. She says, “I believe in long -term relationships where the brewery and stream turn together to produce the best fruits.” “Pradard Hill is one of the special places in the Napa Valley that Larry and I always take interest and are happy to have access to the prestigious block 7 in Montagna Wine Yard.”

Earlier, he used grapes with grapes, he has added 30 % to some vintages in Corps Luns, and even used a large proportion for proprietary reds available to collectors through the Momen-Tasai Blacklist. The position of Montagna on the Pharard Hill is in the center of one of the most desirable areas of the Napa Valley. “It is located 1,300 feet above sea level on the southeast slope in the heart of the mountain,” says Melca. “It is a real mountain site that has a rocky clay that enables global wines over the years with a huge publication.” Compared to other areas of Napa Valley, with volcanic clay and agnis and metamorphic rock and low average rainfall mixture, the grapes here are forced to dig into the depths of water, which supports the longevity of the bull during drought or low rainfall.
For Lyunidas, once it managed to get enough fruits from this residual block of grapefruit, they give Melika Carte to handle the blanket by hand and choose only the best grapes to make their advanced wine. “Together, we have approached each aspect in a complex detail to ensure that this alcohol has been handled with the greatest care,” says Marian. “Nothing has been ignored, from making alcohol and choosing the French oak barrel and promoting alcohol. We have begun that we have focused on the best details that we like.
Melika tells Rob reports This 2021 was shaped by one of the fastest winter in the recent memories, followed by a smooth and unpleasant weather. “Very little rain limiting the umbrella growth, which resulted in small berries and clums,” they say, which is believed or not, is actually a good thing. “Although drought conditions have resulted in low yields, but with large colors, balanced tanine structures and ideal chemistry, long -time and favorable harvesting conditions provide grapes full of taste.” After the steel tanks were fermented, it was 100 % in the new French oak for 26 months.
Only 600 bottles were made of Moon-Tissue 2021 Lyunidas. It has a deep garnet in the glass and has a soft indication of black cherry, graphite, coffee bean, and violet. It fills the mouth with twin spares of vivid acidity and plush tanins that support cloves with blackberry, milk chocolate, and touches of loving and timium. A soft note of Orange Zees closes a long, satisfactory end. Marian Tasai says his goal with Levideas was to burn the work he has always tried to do: “Making a remarkable, beautiful, and specific alcohol, and sharing it, which we can be the most proud of.” With Leonedas, we think Tasee has fulfilled this goal.
