In December, Openi publicly indicated in a blog post that he was thinking of making his lucrative section PBC, but had complete control over Openi’s works and business. The non -profit party will not monitor the profit, but instead will be in charge of charitable measures.
Taylor wrote Monday that Openi has chosen to overturn the course and has maintained non -profit control over non -profit business after talking to urban leaders and with the Delware’s Attorney General and the California Attorney General’s offices.
Last month, more than 30 urban leaders, former Open AI staff, and Nobel laureates presented letters to the Attorney General’s offices to ask them to stop trying to break the Openi’s non -profit rule.
